CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. However, in order to provide the best service to all of my clients, I ask that you please respect the following guidelines: Cancellation Notice: I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late Cancellations: Repeat cancellations made within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a 20% fee of the total service cost. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged half of the price of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: I strive to run on time for all of my clients but I do understand sometimes things do not go as planned. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust the length of your service or reschedule it. This will be at my discretion. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and I will be happy to find another time that works for you. Emergencies & Special Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations arise. If you have to cancel or reschedule last minute due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.
